Hello my friends…
I am due to put a recipe up on
this blog today, but I am afraid with all that is happening around the world,
my heart isn’t in it.
Hurricane Irma has done so
much destruction and is not yet finished. Hurricane Jose is hot on her heels and
then there is Hurricane Katia who is off doing her own thing, but it will be of
no good.
All this going on and Mexico
is hit by an 8.1 earthquake this morning. I really do wonder what is happening
to our world. So much devastation does not give me any incentive to share happy
times and recipes, so I hope you will allow me this day and I will be back, God
willing, next Friday.
